Victor is a Managing Director at Industry Ventures, where he focuses on secondary venture investments and serves on the Fund VI investment committee.

Prior to joining Industry Ventures, Victor was the founder and Managing Partner of Agile Capital Partners, where he took on active Board and Management roles in the companies he invested in, four of which have exited, including MyPerfectSale (sold to Sugar Media), Simple Star (sold to Roxio/HP) and StepUp Commerce (sold to Intuit).   Prior to founding Agile Capital Partners, Victor was an early, pre-IPO Managing Director of Internet Capital Group (ICG), and was CEO and Vice Chairman of ICG Asia, based in Hong Kong.  Victor began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs where he completed over $1.5 billion in financings and mergers for technology companies, and helped build its Internet investment banking business by leading the IPOs for eBay, GeoCities and Yahoo!.

Victor received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
